Your choice of golden crispy chicken or tempura battered mushroom. Always served with house pickles, zesty slaw, and Hokkaido milk bread.

Smoked Fish Dip

Halibut gently smoked in-house with cherry wood, paired with tangy sourdough crackers.

Mains

Yakisoba

Ginger and garlic sauce coating Japanese noodles with stir-fried vegetables and sauteed mushrooms.

Kojin Caesar

A nod to the original Kojin. Local greens topped with hearty amounts of katsumirin, kizami nori and smoked trout roe. What sets this salad apart from others is the umami-filled dressing.

Donburi

A hearty portion of perfectly seasoned rice, with your choice of chicken, mushrooms or short rib on top. Accompanied by a soy egg yolk, tsukemono, and vegetables.

Yuzu Donuts

Chocolate Miso Tart
