Our Executive Tasting Menu ($225 per person) is our most wide-ranging menu and offers you the exclusive experience of sitting at the Chef's Counter, with a bird’s-eye view into the kitchen. Chef Pedro will serve you all of the courses from the Chef’s Tasting Menu, plus a caviar course, shaved truffles, and other special surprises.
