This is a sample menu of what may be served throughout the season. Note that our menu changes frequently.


Starters

Kojin Caesar ($16)

A nod to the original Kojin. Local greens topped with hearty amounts of katsumirin, kizami nori and smoked trout roe. What sets this salad apart is the umami-filled dressing.

scallop crudo ($18)

Fresh-caught scallops, served with chive oil and chili crisp, swimming in a tomato broth with lemon verbena ponzu.

hokkaido milk bread ($11)

House-baked Hokkaido milk bread served with our house-made Kojin butter.

maitake ($16)

Farro risotto on a bed of Parmesan foam, with pickled apricot and chive oil, featuring mistake mushroom.

Mains

Market Fish ($40)

Tangy green peppercorn oil balanced perfectly by the soft and delicate loin of our locally caught fish. Served with seaside tots, microgreens and parmesan foam.

Short Rib ($52)

Braised until the perfect texture and served on the bone, this dish comes with grilled pattypan squash and celery root puree.

American Iberico ($43)

A perfectly cooked pork loin paired with a mustard seed sauce, parsnip puree and topped with a local greens salad.

DRY-AGED DUCK ($48)

Cured kabocha puree, served alongside braised turnips, with duck jus and confit duck sidecar with farro.

Desserts

Duck ‘N Donuts

A perfectly golden donut stuffed to the brim with foie cremé. Served alongside a chocolate and sage dipping sauce.

Chocolate Miso Tart

Dark chocolate paired perfectly with the sweet and umami balance of miso caramel. Lightened with a caramelized semi-freddo.

Frozen Key Lime

Key lime pie ice cream held between graham cracker cookies, dipped in a white chocolate shell, and topped with toasted meringue and coconut. Nothing screams Miami summer quite like this!
